Snapshots are immutable once published. Corrections ship as a new snapshot with a changelog entry.
Participant fields: id, rank, name, org, type, access, overall, categorization, vendor, context, coa, splits, tax, reliability, latency_s, cost_index. Track scores are 0–100 medians of three passes; reliability is a percentage; latency is seconds; cost_index is list-price USD per 1,000 input rows.
Free to quote and redistribute with attribution to eval.tax and the snapshot date. When citing a number, name the snapshot (for example “eval.tax, 2026-09-08 snapshot”) rather than “latest”, since latest moves with each roster refresh.
